Child Support Agency Forms and Applications Policies Services State Systems Stipulation and Order to Change Reminder: The Clark County Courthouse has a SINGLE-POINT Entry. Please use the door (B103) located on the north side of the building on 6th Street. Courthouse parking is available across the street from the entrance in Lot 1 off sixth street and further down the street in Lot 2. Street parking is also available but is limited to 3 hours per enforcement by Neillsville Police Department. Only use the handicap entrance on the south side if you are unable to navigate stairs. The program is designed to: Collect support payments including: Child support Family support (combined support for both the children and the custodial person in a child support case), and In cases where there is an order to make separate child support and spousal maintenance payments (alimony) to collect both child support and spousal maintenance. Establish court orders obligating parents to pay child support and provide health care for their children, including health insurance coverage; Establish paternity on behalf of children whose parents were not married to each other at the time of the child's birth; Find parents who are not paying support and locate their income and assets, when necessary to establish or enforce a child support order; and Take administrative and legal actions necessary to enforce a support order when parents fail to pay the support they have been ordered to pay The child support program is authorized by federal law, and is operated in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations. The agencies originated to set and enforce child support and insurance orders; the idea being, if both parents supported the children the burden would not fall upon the tax payers via county aid. The Child Support Agency and the agency attorney do not represent either parent or the children but represent the interests of the state. Custody & Placement Issues Please keep in mind that matters of legal custody and physical placement are separate from the financial support of children. Wisconsin’s child support program has no authority to modify or enforce custody or placement orders and child support agencies do not address these matters. Contact your local courts for issues with custody and/or placement or seek private counsel for help in settling custody and placement disputes. Bid Postings Addendum to RFP Investment Advisory Services - Clark County Request for Bids Clark County Land Conservation Department (LCD) will be accepting bids for the following conservation project: SWCD grassed waterways project includes earthwork, seeding and erosion control blanket installation. Bid documents will be available beginning April 1, 2026 in the Clark County LCD office or via email, if requested The projects are expected to be completed by November 13th of 2026. It is the landowner’s preference that the project be completed prior to crops being planted in the fields, if weather conditions allow. There will be a site showing starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 10 at the end of Sportsman Lake Road Withee WI. Bids must be signed and sealed. You must mark the outer envelope with the note “Sealed Bid – SWCD Waterways Project”. Bids are due by 3:00 pm on Friday, April 17, 2026 at the LCD office (Room 102). Toolkit Resource Guide Clark County Food & Nutrition Program Category 1: Literally Homeless An individual or family who lacks a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, meaning: Has a primary nighttime residence that is a public or private place not meant for human habitation; or Is living in a publicly or privately operated shelter designated to provide temporary living arrangements (including congregate shelters, transitional housing, and hotels and motels paid for by charitable organizations or by federal, state and local government programs); or Is exiting an institution where (s)he has resided for 90 days or less and who resided in an emergency shelter or place not meant for human habitation immediately before entering that institution. Category 2: Imment Risk of Homelessness An individual or family who will imminently lose their primary nighttime residence, provided that: Residence will be lost within 14 days of the date of application for homeless assistance; No subsequent residence has been identified; and The individual or family lacks the resources or support networks needed to obtain other permanent housing. Tickets, Passes, Rentals, & Rates Daily Lift Ticket Rates Season Pass Rates Equipment Rentals School Groups Military & NON-Profit Active military personnel and immediate family as well as organized non-profit groups of at least 10 people who contact us ahead of their visit and provide a copy of tax-exempt certification will receive $2.00 off all lift tickets purchased within their party/group. No discounts for rentals will be provided. Active military includes federal active/fulltime and active National Guard/Reservists. Customers must display a military ID to receive the discount. Organized non-profit groups must supply proof of tax exempt status and make arrangements with the business office prior to arrival at the hill. Ski & Snowboard Lessons Instructional Lessons: 1 or 2 people per group, same ability - $20 each *Management reserves the right to book additional members to the lesson if the situation presents itself. If this occurs, discounts will not be provided to participants. Lessons are typically available on Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00am and 1:00pm, however are subject to availability of instructors. Exceptions to those scheduled lesson times may be available by advance bookings. To book in advance please contact Keith at 715-937-3841. Those who wish to partake in a lesson must arrive at the hill 30 minutes prior to the start of their lesson to ensure they are ready to begin their lesson promptly. If you are not present and ready to begin at the start of your lesson, your lesson time may be forfeited. FFN Season Passes & Rentals Adult, student, and child users can purchase a reduced price season pass good for all Friday nights and Saturdays and Sundays in March. These users are also eligible to purchase season rentals for those same days as well. These fees can be found the rates page. Large Groups Groups larger than 50 may purchase advance tickets (certificates) at a reduced rate regardless of whether or not the group is a non-profit organization. Rates will be negotiated based on the school group rates. Free lift tickets, equipment rental, use of the ‘Rock’ or ‘Roll’ Room or other incentives may be included in the package. All certificates will have an expiration date. Ski and Snowboard Club The ski and snowboard club is not being offered for the 25-26 season. We will make efforts for this to work next season. The Ski and Snowboard Club is organized by local volunteers consisting of the members from the Friends of Bruce Mound and area schools. Ski and Snowboard Instructors are also a vital part to this program. Kids between the ages of 8 and 17 can register for this program for a fee and receive 6 Friday night sessions of instruction in January and February. This instruction will last for an hour while the hill is open, club participants are then free to spend the reminder of their evening practicing those skills learned on the hill with family, friends and fellow club members. Club members are required to purchase a Fabulous Friday Night Lift Ticket or Season Pass with registration for the Club. Club members may also take advantage of the Friday Season Rental Pass as well. Ski and Snowboard Club - $25 (not offered for the 25-26 season) Special Events 02/21/2026 King of the Mound - This is a family friendly race for kids on a small portion of the hill. 03/07/2026: Spring Fling - Ski the Pond will only happen if the conditions are favorable.
