ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CCRL MASS NOTIFICATION/FIRE ALARM, OWEN, WI

 

CCRLC will be accepting sealed bids until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at the CCRLC at the address above.  Bids shall be securely sealed and clearly state "SEALED BID ENCLOSED – CCRLC Mass Notification/Fire Alarm”. The bidder is solely responsible to ensure the bid is received timely at the designated location pursuant to the request for bid packet. Bids will be opened at 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

 

The CCRLC is accepting bids for CCRLC Mass Notification/Fire Alarm for the skilled nursing facility.

ACCEPTING BIDS FOR FARM LAND LEASE

CCRLC will be accepting sealed bids until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026 at the CCRLC at the address above. Bids shall be securely sealed and clearly state "SEALED BID ENCLOSED – FARM LAND LEASE”. The bidder is solely responsible to ensure the bid is received timely at the designated location. Bids will be opened at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026.

 

The CCRLC is accepting bids for Farm Land Lease for a period of three (3) crop years beginning January, 2026 through December 2028 (2 yr extension option) for approximately 124.1 acres of tillable farmland. The farmland is located in Section 5, Township 28 North, Range 1 West, Town of Green Grove, Clark County, Wisconsin and shall be leased for agricultural purposes only.

ACCEPTING BIDS FOR FARM LAND LEASE

​

The Clark County Land Conservation Committee has 154.9+/- acres of cropland available for rent for the contract years 2026-2030. The land is located around Sportsman Lake, near Owen. Sealed bids will be accepted until Monday, February 09, 2026. Bids will be opened at the February meeting of the Land Conservation Committee in Neillsville.
