Call For Bids: Land Conservation Department

Clark County Land Conservation Department (LCD) will be accepting bids for two conservation projects.


  1. Prestebak Farms grassed waterways and earthen diversion project includes earthwork, seeding and erosion control blanket installation.

  2. Steve Prestebak grassed waterways project includes earthwork, seeding and erosion control blanket installation.


The projects will be bid separately.


Plans will be available March 9, 2026 at the Clark County LCD office.


The projects are expected to be completed by August 31st of 2026. It is each landowner’s preference that the projects be completed prior to crops being planted in the fields if weather conditions allow.


Sites may be viewed with permission of the landowners.


Bid documents will be available in the Clark County LCD office or via email if requested.


Bids must be signed and sealed. You must mark the outer envelope with the note “Sealed Bid – Prestebak Farms Project” OR “Sealed Bid – Steve Prestebak Project”. Bids are due by 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 30, 2026 at the LCD office (Room 102).
