Approving Amendments to Clark County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 16- Health and Safety

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the Clark County Board of Supervisors hereby approves amendments to the Clark County Code of Ordinances – Chapter 16 – Health and Safety attached hereto as Exhibit A, and wholly incorporated herein.

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, this ordinance shall be effective upon the date of publication.  (Copy on file in the County Clerk’s office and the county website).
