Accepting Bids for Farm Land Lease

CCRLC will be accepting sealed bids until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026 at the CCRLC at the address above. Bids shall be securely sealed and clearly state "SEALED BID ENCLOSED – FARM LAND LEASE”. The bidder is solely responsible to ensure the bid is received timely at the designated location. Bids will be opened at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026.

The CCRLC is accepting bids for Farm Land Lease for a period of three (3) crop years beginning January, 2026 through December 2028 (2 yr extension option) for approximately 124.1 acres of tillable farmland. The farmland is located in Section 5, Township 28 North, Range 1 West, Town of Green Grove, Clark County, Wisconsin and shall be leased for agricultural purposes only.
