Located in the Marshfield Clinic - Greenwood Center building at 102 West Cannery Street, Greenwood. 


Note: In the State of Wisconsin, minors (individuals under the age of 18) can legally consent to receive/obtain confidential reproductive health-related services & supplies, without parental permission.


Services Available: 

  • Education & Counseling

  • Free or low-cost methods of birth control

  • STI testing for men and women

  • Referral for Pap & pelvic exam

  • Pregnancy tests

  • Presumptive Eligibility for Family Planning Waiver

Office Hours:

Tuesdays 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Thursdays 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
