Levis/Trow Mound
Clark County is proud to offer one of the finest
non-motorized trail systems in Wisconsin. The Levis/Trow Mound Recreational Area is located within the southwest corner of Clark County and provides more than 41 miles of trails that wind and loop through a portion of the nearly 135,000 acre county forest. This area begins the “Driftless” area in the state, featuring sandstone bluffs or mounds-one of the unique natural features trail users enjoy here. The main trail head features access to water, flush restrooms, an open air shelter, showers (not available in the winter), and a warming chalet during the winter riding season.

Wild Rock Horse Trail
Clark County is proud to offer some of the finest horse trails in Wisconsin. Enjoy more than 40 miles of trail that wind and loop through a portion of the nearly 135,000 acre Clark County Forest. The trail system utilizes forest lands ranging from easy to more difficult terrain. Wild Rock County Park provides convenient trail access and a day use area complimented by playground equipment and a shelter. Overnight camping is available with 27 campsites, sanitary dump station, potable water and electric and water service to many sites. Picket lines and manure bunkers are available for use within the campground. There is also a warming shelter with a wood fire place at the park that remains open from Labor Day into the fall riding season. This shelter is closed before the nine day gun deer season and remains closed until the winter ATV & Snowmobile season begins.
