Project Name: Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center (CCRLC) East Wing 1st Floor Remodel


Project Site: CCRLC, W4266 County Highway X, Owen, WI 54460

The CCRLC is seeking bids for the 1st floor remodel of the East Wing at the CCRLC. The remodel will consist of 20 resident rooms and bathrooms along with the associated common and staff spaces. The remodel area is approximately 16,060 square feet. CCRLC is seeking bids for Carpentry/General Trades, Drywall, Ceramic Tiling, Resilient Flooring, Carpeting, Food Service Equipment, Cabinets/Countertops, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical work. All building construction work on this project shall be substantially completed by January 31st, 2023. Plans and specifications for this project will be electronically made available starting Thursday, February 10th, 2022 from Community Living Solutions. For further information, contact Community Living Solutions at 920-969-9344. Community Living Solutions is working with CCRLC as their Architect and Construction Manager for this project.


Bids shall be submitted to and received no later than 12:00 PM on Tuesday, March 1st, 2022. Bids can be submitted by fax at 920-969-9345; by email at jmishler@communitylivingsolutions.com; or in-person at the CCRLC. Bids are scheduled to be opened on Tuesday, March 8th, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the CCRLC. Bids are scheduled to be awarded on Friday, March 11th, 2022 at 12:00 PM at the CCRLC.


The award of contract will be made to the lowest, responsible/qualified bidder subject to the terms contained within the bid packet. Clark County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and/or to waive any technicality.
