Clark County Office of the Clerk Notice of Voting Equipment Audit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 7.08 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (52 U.S.C. § 21081, the Clark County Clerk will conduct a voting system audit on November 28, 2022 at 9:00 am at the Clark County Clerk’s office located at 517 Court St. – Room 305, Neillsville, WI 54456.

The reporting units to be audited are Towns of Colby, Hewett, Mead, Thorp and Unity, and the City of Neillsville Ward 2 and City of Owen Wards 1-3. All municipalites utilize the ES&S – DS200 optical scan voting equipment and the ES&S – ExpressVote ballot marking device. The reporting unit and contests were randomly selected by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
