Clark County Law Enforcement and Emergency Management Committee is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the conversion of rooms to inmate cells. Bids shall conform to the requirements of the bids instructions and specifications/plans. Bids will be accepted as lump sum bid for general contract – general construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler.
Bid documents may be obtained from Ratsch Engineering Company, Ltd., 547 Hewett St., P.O. Box 189, Neillsville, WI 54456 (Phone: (715) 743-2240 or Fax: (715) 743-4469). Mailed bid documents will be subject to a non-refundable fee of $20.00 to cover postage and handling.
Sealed bids shall be submitted to and received by Clark County Sheriff’s Office at 517 Court Street, Room 308, Neillsville, WI 54456 no later than 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, which is the date and time a meeting will be scheduled to review and act upon bids. A pre-bid site inspection will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 9:00 AM at the Clark County Courthouse 517 Court Street, Room 308, Neillsville, WI 54456.
Clark County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and/or waive any technicalities.
