Language Assistance Plan

 

It is the policy of the Circuit Court of Clark County to provide meaningful access to all Limited English Proficient (LEP) persons who use the courts’ services. In accordance with federal mandates and state requirements, this court and all its personnel shall provide free language assistance services to all LEP individuals who request such assistance. Members of the public shall be informed that language assistance services are available to individuals and that the circuit courts shall provide those services to them upon request.
